Will Rapaport

Will Rapaport is the Managing Partner of Moraga Capital. Will is responsible for the overall direction of the firm and specifically the sourcing, underwriting, structuring and execution of Moraga Capital’s investments. Prior to founding Moraga Capital in 2015, Will was the Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Urban Investment Partners in Washington, DC. Will possess considerable principal investment experience across real estate, private equity and venture capital. Will has invested in an extensive variety of capital structures including single entities, portfolios, distressed debt purchases and structured finance originations. Before moving to Washington, Will was a member of the acquisitions team at SL Green Realty Corp., Paramount Group, Inc. and Square Mile Capital Management, all in New York. Will received his B.A., with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Washington with his wife and kids.
